About us and your order
These terms apply to all purchases from guttergobbler.co.uk, run by Gutter Gobbler Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17407462), 57 Whitley Spring Crescent, Ossett, West Yorkshire, WF5 0RF. Email sales@guttergobbler.co.uk or call 01924 806731.
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your goods. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or has been mispriced, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy.
If you are a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Return postage is paid by you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
If an item is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Using our products and our liability
Safety
Carbon fibre conducts electricity. Never use our poles near overhead power lines or other electrical cables. Always use our poles from the ground, follow the instructions for your vacuum system, and check the poles for damage before each use.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made. If you buy as a business, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or indirect losses.
Trade mark
Gutter Gobbler is a trade mark of Gutter Gobbler Ltd.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
