Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, and usually within 24 hours.
Please allow approximately 3 to 5 days for delivery. Our poles are around 1.7 metres long when boxed, and only a few couriers handle parcels of this length, so delivery can take a little longer than for standard parcels.
Tracking and delivery problems
Every order is sent with a tracking number, which we will email to you once your order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@guttergobbler.co.uk or on 01924 806731 and we will sort it out.
