Refund Policy

Changing your mind

This policy covers purchases from guttergobbler.co.uk, run by Gutter Gobbler Ltd, 57 Whitley Spring Crescent, Ossett, West Yorkshire, WF5 0RF.

If you are buying as a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email sales@guttergobbler.co.uk or call 01924 806731 with your order number.

Once you have told us, please send the goods back within 14 days. You pay the cost of return postage. Pack the items securely and use a tracked service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Please return items unused and in their original condition. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than is needed to check it, as you would in a shop.

Your refund

We will refund the price you paid, including our standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you have sent them).

Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, develops a fault or is not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the problem. In these cases we will cover the cost of returning the item, and you can choose a repair, replacement or refund as the law allows.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
