What we collect and why
Orders
When you buy from us we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and order details. We use these to process, deliver and support your order and any returns (to perform our contract with you), and we keep order records for tax and accounting (a legal obligation).
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to updates, we use your email address to send them (with your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Enquiries
If you email or call us, we use your details to reply (our legitimate interest in answering you).
Cookies and website data

Sharing, storage and your rights
